“TIDLOR Culture WOW” workshop to share its organisational culture building values and framework implemented by Ngern Tid Lor to create a solid business fundamental development.
The visitors joined an office tour and participated in a Q&A session on how to build organisational culture with executives and the company’s Culture Gangster team providing guidelines to create organisation building value. TIDLOR Culture Wow workshops are hosted under the TIDLOR Academy for non-TIDLOR parties as a means of sharing knowledge and experience in driving business forward encompassed in Ngern Tid Lor’s organisational culture building while establishing guidelines for other enterprises to promote solid culture building.
