Terms and Conditions for Sharing a Loan Application Link to Receive Referral Fees
- Referrers will receive referral fees only for referring car registration loans, truck buy-and-sell loans, and loans for landowners to new borrowers who have been approved for loans and must comply with the conditions set by the Company.
- New borrowers must have never been a Tidlor customer and must not be the same person as the referrer.
- If a new borrower books a loan, money will be transferred through the system within 60 business days.
- In case your new borrower is the same as other referrers, the Company reserves the right to give referral fees to the referrer from whom the Company received the information first. The date of receiving the application form will be used as the criterion.
- The referral fee received is subject to withholding tax if it meets the conditions as stipulated by law.
- Employees of Tidlor Public Company Limited and their families are not eligible to participate in the program.
