Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of Tidlor Holdings (TIDLOR), led by Mr. Mingkwan Prasertsiwaporn, Social Impact Lead, organized financial literacy training under the " FIN-ED Mentor" program, held consecutively for the 6th time. The initiative aims to promote systematic financial planning knowledge among employees, building robust financial immunity while enabling them to pass on knowledge and advice to colleagues within the organization, ultimately leading to sustainable financial well-being.

Additionally, FIN-ED mentors from generations 1–5 who were interested were given the opportunity to review and build upon their knowledge, enhancing their mentoring skills. The event also provided a space for participants to closely exchange direct experiences and successful counseling techniques. The program was honored to have Mr. Warathip Chiampanthong, Financial Literacy and Customer Relations Promotion Section Manager, Debt Clinic Department from Sukhumvit Asset Management Co., Ltd. (SAM), and Mr. Anut Kor-kamhaeng, Managing Director of J-Raja Social Enterprise Co., Ltd., as guest speakers, with a total of 24 employees attending the activity.

Ngern Tid Lor PLC has continuously and seriously initiated the FIN-ED mentor program for internal personnel since 2022 by joining the "Happy Money Trainers" project organized by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). Currently, there are 79 trained mentors from generations 1–5 who have successfully extended and shared basic financial planning knowledge and actively participated in resolving financial issues for fellow employees in a concrete manner.
