A key highlight of the event was the management team and Culture Gangster teams sharing concepts on leveraging technology, including Financial Technology and the InsurTech platform, to develop products and services across the lending and insurance brokerage businesses, alongside sharing guidelines and use cases of applying AI to support employee operations recently. The goal is to enable employees to analyze problems, reduce working time, and deliver more efficient customer service. This included an open Q&A session to intimately exchange perspectives on AI Transformation with the management teams.
