The "transfer loan money to account through Ngern Tid Lor app" feature was developed to help customers access emergency funding sources more conveniently anywhere anytime 24 hours without using a card and without having to travel to a branch where the response so far customers have withdrawn credit limits through this feature as high as 70% compared to other channels and currently there are more than 480,000 users of this feature (data as of June 30, 2025) in addition the Nudge concept has been applied in the withdrawal process by designing to display monthly interest estimate information that customers may have to pay additionally if there is a withdrawal from the remaining credit limit where such information will be displayed on the screen before the confirmation step to help customers consider carefully before making a decision this change although small has an effect on user behavior where data shows that those who intend to withdraw money take an additional 7 seconds from the original before confirming the transaction reflecting reconsideration before creating additional debt burden which is part of the goal to promote financial discipline and appropriate borrowing
