Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited or TIDLOR led by Mr. Piyasak Ukritnukun (center) Managing Director and Elcid Vergara (3rd from right) Board Director, along with high-level executives joined in leading over 500 Ngern Tid Lor leaders nationwide to attend NTL OPEN BOX 2024, the annual leadership summit 2024 under the concept “Think Different, Act Extreme”. Inside the event, content on operations in the past year, this year's operating goals, and stories of applying technology in both loan and insurance broker technology, which are strengths in Ngern Tid Lor PCL's business operation built, developed, and laid technology foundations for more than 10 years, were presented. Additionally, it creates a thirst for learning and self-development for leaders by focusing on utilizing AI to support and increase efficiency for each work section. All of this is so that attending leaders perceive, understand, and can convey content to over 7,000 Ngern Tid Lor employees effectively to create business growth, continuing the intention to create fair and transparent financial opportunities along with promoting people to access insurance coverage sustainably.
Additionally, inside the event, it was honored by executives and employees from various leading organizations joining the TIDLOR Culture Camp project so trainees could experience the blend of corporate values and business operation together, conveyed into effective concepts and working methods. The TIDLOR Culture Camp project aims to share knowledge and experience in building Ngern Tid Lor's corporate culture with various organizations to use as a guideline for building their own corporate culture.
