Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited or TIDLOR by Mr. Piyasak Ukritnukun (Front row left) Managing Director, and Board of Directors led by Ms. Kesara Manchusree (Front row 2nd from left), Mr. Supawat Likittanawong (Front row 2nd from right) and Mr. Chavin Jiaravanon (Front row right) along with high-level executive commanders led team of over 400 Ngern Tid Lor troops nationwide to join NTL OPEN BOX, the Leadership Conference 2022, after being away for over 2 years under concept “STRONGER THAN EVER Give it all, Don't stop moving”. The event presented content on operations during COVID-19 pandemic in the past period and impressive stories of helping Ngern Tid Lor employees and customer groups affected by COVID-19, including direction and business operation goals of Ngern Tid Lor from now on. Additionally, all participants joined culture building activity (Culture Activity) to bond relationships and reinforce organizational values in Ngern Tid Lor style so leaders attending can know, understand, and transmit to over 7,000 Ngern Tid Lor employees to create fair and transparent financial opportunities along with promoting people accessing insurance protection more.
Moreover, the event was honored by executives from various leading organizations joining TIDLOR Culture Camp project to allow trainees to watch and feel initiatives creating new things blending work and organizational values together, transmitted into products and services consistent with business operation intent of Ngern Tid Lor. This project aims to share knowledge and experience in building Ngern Tid Lor's organizational culture to various organizations as guidelines to build strong organizational culture further. The event was held at Royal Cliff Grand Hotel, Pattaya, Chonburi recently.
