
Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, or TIDLOR, led by Bernard Tso (back row, 5th from left), Head of Marketing & Business Development and Information Technology Department, along with Athitaya Phoonwathu (back row 2nd from right), Head of Happy People and Insurance Broker Department, welcomed 11 executive of F88 Group, Vietnam’s credit loan provider, to “TIDLOR Culture WOW” workshop to share its organisational culture building values and framework undertaken by Ngern Tid Lor to create a solid business foundation.
The visitors joined an office tour alongside and participated in a Q&A session on how to build organisational culture with executives and the company’s Culture Gangster team providing guidelines to create value for organisational building which is essential to business development.
Hosted at the Ari Hills Building, Ngern Tid Lor Headquarters, the event contributed knowledge and experience of organisational culture building to other enterprises while as promoting cultural building among domestic and international organisations. TIDLOR Culture Wow workshops are hosted for parties outside the organisation interested in driving business forward with Ngern Tid Lor culture building.
