Tidlor Academy welcomes senior executives from TEP-DE to join the TIDLOR Culture Wow activity
Sharing concepts of creating core values and corporate culture that can be practically applied

Tidlor Academy, a learning center of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, a company under Tidlor Holdings (TIDLOR), organized the activity “TIDLOR Culture Wow” to convey concepts and guidelines for building core values and corporate culture in the “Ngern Tid Lor style” to senior executives from the Top Executive Program: Digital Era (TEP-DE), a high-level executive course focusing on developing vision and digital skills for executives in both public and private sectors, with 40 participants.

During the activity, Ms. Kannat Chalemjulamanee, Head of Tidlor Academy, along with the Culture Gangster team, shared perspectives and real experiences regarding building values and driving the corporate culture of Ngern Tid Lor. Participants learned that having clear values and a strong corporate culture helps everyone in the organization work in the same direction, increases efficiency, creates happiness, and drives sustainable growth, while passing on opportunities to customers and society, aligning with Ngern Tid Lor's intention to create financial opportunities for people in society.

The TIDLOR Culture Wow and TIDLOR Culture Camp courses under the Tidlor Academy project are organized for individuals and external companies interested in building corporate culture through concepts and real experiences in driving business with corporate culture in Ngern Tid Lor's style, serving as a guideline for various organizations both domestic and international to build a strong and sustainable corporate culture.
