Tidlor Academy, the learning center of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, a subsidiary of Tidlor Holdings (TIDLOR), welcomed 24 executives and representatives from six leading organizations in Thailand to exchange experiences and learn approaches to building corporate values and culture in the Ngern Tidlor way, where culture serves as a true driving force behind work and organizational growth.
During the event, the senior executive, together with the Culture Gangster team, shared insights and first-hand experiences in building a strong corporate culture, demonstrating how well-defined values and culture can enhance team performance and drive organizational growth.
