Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited a company in the Tidlor Holdings or TIDLOR group gathered executives and employees to organize the NTL Culture Day 2025 activity under the concept Superpower NTLer Show Your M.A.G.I.C. “The Special Power Within You” to celebrate the strong organizational culture and create space for all employees to express organizational values in creative and meaningful ways
This year's concept invites employees to discover the “special power” hidden within themselves which is the power of positive thoughts and intentions including unique skills that each employee has and when these powers come together they become a strong team power and embody the 7 organizational values that “Ngern Tid Lor people” adhere to and practice together continuously
The event was full of creative energy and warmth where each team expressed their identity and the power of values in their own way along with highlights such as the announcement of the “Organizational Values Role Model Award for 2025” which came from voting by colleagues across the country to appreciate employees who reflected organizational values outstandingly throughout the past year
The NTL Culture Day activity this year is not only a platform for strengthening relationships among employees but is another proof of the belief that “Ngern Tid Lor people” share together that “strong organizational culture does not come from any one person but comes from the cooperation of all 'Ngern Tid Lor people'”
