Tidlor Academy, a learning center of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, a company under Tidlor Holdings (TIDLOR), welcomes executives and representatives from 8 leading organizations in Thailand, totaling 24 persons, to exchange experiences and learn guidelines for building core values and corporate culture in the Ngern Tid Lor style, which uses Culture as a power to drive work and truly drive the growth of the organization.
The activity was honored by Mr. Piyasak Ukritnukun, Managing Director, along with the Culture Gangster team, who shared concepts and direct experiences in building a strong and sustainable corporate culture amidst the rapidly changing competitive business context. This allowed participants to clearly see that having strong core values and corporate culture can build effective teams and lead the organization to quality growth.
The TIDLOR Culture Wow and TIDLOR Culture Camp courses under the Tidlor Academy project are organized for individuals and external companies interested in building corporate culture through concepts and real experiences in driving business with corporate culture in Ngern Tid Lor's style, serving as a guideline for various organizations both domestic and international to build a strong and sustainable corporate culture.
