Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited or TIDLOR by Ms. Kanjana Chalernchulamani Executive of Ngern Tid Lor Learning Center (TIDLOR Academy) led the team to welcome executives and representatives from 14 leading companies totaling 20 people to participate in the “TIDLOR Culture Camp” activity to exchange strategies concepts and methods for building organizational culture that can be practically applied in Ngern Tid Lor style along with visiting various departments such as Analytics & Development Department Financial Education Promotion Department (Financial Education or FIN-ED) Marketing & Business Development Department Information Technology Department and Insurance Brokerage Department “Areegator” (Areegator) to experience the Work Smart working atmosphere and intensive workshops to understand important components in creating organizational values and organizational culture that can be practically applied to their own organizations along with close conversation with questions and answers with Mr. Piyasak Ukritnukun Chief Executive Officer to exchange experiences in building strong and sustainable organizational values and culture in addition executives and representatives from leading organizations who participated in TIDLOR Culture Camp this time also had the opportunity to join NTL OPEN BOX 2025 the annual summit meeting 2025 to experience using organizational culture to drive sustainable business as well
