Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited or TIDLOR received corporate governance assessment score at 5 stars or “Excellent” from Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2023 (CGR) by Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) under the support of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the SEC.
Mr. Piyasak Ukritnukun Managing Director of Ngern Tid Lor PCL or TIDLOR stated that receiving the 5-star corporate governance assessment score is a result of Ngern Tid Lor PCL operating business with standards, transparency, and under supervision of government agencies. Additionally, it is part of adhering to operating business according to good governance principles under frameworks of ESG : Environment, Social, Governance and SDGs: Sustainable Development Goals concepts according to the intention to create fair and transparent financial opportunities for the public, including aiming to promote people to access insurance coverage more conveniently.
