TIDLOR passes on financial knowledge to the Khlong Tan Bridge community in Bangkok.

Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited, a company under Tidlor Holdings or TIDLOR, represented by Ms. Mingkwan Prasertsivaporn, Head of Social Impact Lead, led a team of volunteers to organize activities under the project “Bringing Knowledge to the Community for Life to Roll On” in the “Unlock Debt, Live Happily” course for 39 residents of the community next to Khlong Tan Bridge. The aim was to strengthen basic financial knowledge through fun activities interspersed with knowledge, emphasizing understanding debt, the difference between formal and informal interest rates, thinking and being conscious before incurring debt, and learning guidelines for debt relief. This enables the villagers to plan their spending and manage debts efficiently, ready to apply the received financial knowledge to their daily lives and families. This is under the intention of creating opportunities for financial knowledge to help people's lives roll on sustainably. The activity was honored by Ms. Suwannee Dechacheep, Community Committee Chairperson, who warmly welcomed the volunteer team on behalf of the community at the community activity area next to Khlong Tan Bridge, Bangkok, recently.

Organizing activities to promote financial literacy for the community not only reflects the sustainable business guidelines under the ESG framework, especially in the Social aspect, of Ngern Tid Lor PCL and companies in the Tidlor Holdings group, but also aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
