Piyasak Ukritnukun, Managing Director, hosted an open house session to welcome 35 executive representatives of 12 leading Vietnamese credit loan service providers and technology firms to participate in
“TIDLOR Culture WOW”.
Ngern Tid Lor organisational values and culture behind its solid business foundation were shared and views were exchanged. The workshop included an office tour, Q&A session, and up-close reviews of how to build organisational values. Ngern Tid Lor’s executive team and Culture Gangster team showed how organisational value frameworks are established. The visitors heard how sharing knowledge is a core strategy of Ngern Tid Lor which builds ongoing business undertaking strengths in a unique way.
Hosted at Ngern Tid Lor headquarters at Ari Hills Building, the workshops aim to inspire Thai and international organisations and pass on experiences from which they can reap great benefits.
