“NTL Open Box 2023”, the annual leadership conference, this time taking “Smart Execution: Do More with Less” as its theme.
At the event, Ngern Tidlor disclosed its performance in the past year alongside presenting guidelines for promoting working proficiency as well as its directions and goals. The announcement was made to cultivate awareness and comprehension among participants to engage and contribute to featured content of 7,000 employers with efficiency and ability to generate growth and make dynamic moves toward achieving the organisation’s commitment to enable fair and transparent financial opportunities and access to sustainable insurance protection for the public.

TIDLOR Academy to discover how to involve organisational culture experiences to drive the business forward.
