TIDLOR Culture Wow Shares Organizational Culture with Vietnamese Business Leaders

Tidlor Academy the learning center of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited a company in the Tidlor Holdings (TIDLOR) group by Ms. Kanjana Chalernchulamani Executive of Ngern Tid Lor Learning Center (Tidlor Academy) led the team to welcome executives and employees from various organizations from Vietnam totaling 42 people to participate in the “TIDLOR Culture Wow” activity to share and exchange approaches to building organizational values and culture along with visiting various departments such as Analytics & Development Department Financial Education Promotion Department (Financial Education or FIN-ED) Information Technology Department and Insurance Brokerage Department “Areegator” (Areegator) an online insurance sales platform through members in addition there was close conversation with questions and answers with Mr. Piyasak Ukritnukun Chief Executive Officer and Culture Gangster team regarding approaches and methods for building organizational culture to use in driving business to be strong and sustainable this activity was held at the headquarters of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited Aree Hill Building recently
