Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited or TIDLOR opened house to welcome executive representatives from Bank of Thailand and human resources management executives from the People Leadership Ultimate Success Program (PLUS) project organized by Cariber an online course platform to create organizational change and drive human resources management to meet business expectations totaling 22 people in the “TIDLOR Culture Wow” activity to introduce and exchange concepts methods for building organizational values and culture in Ngern Tid Lor style in addition there was opportunity to visit the work processes of various departments to experience the Work Smart working atmosphere such as A&D team (Analytics and Development) IT and Insurance that have Start-Up style internal team working methods including conversations with Culture Gangster team along with friendly question and answer (Q&A) with executives and related teams all of this is considered an important strategy used in creating strength and differentiation in the business operations of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited this activity has the objective to share knowledge and experiences in building organizational culture to various organizations which is beneficial in building organizational culture for other agencies in the future this activity was held at the headquarters of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited Aree Hill Building recently
