Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited (TIDLOR) welcomed executives and employees from SCG Cement-Building Materials Co., Ltd., Land and House Public Company Limited, South East Asia Center (SEAC), Slingshot Group Co., Ltd., Nippon Paint Decorative Coatings (Thailand) Co.,Ltd., Evolt Technology Co., Ltd., SKF (Thailand) Co., Ltd., and Yum Restaurants International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. to join “TIDLOR Culture Camp” to share ideas and know-how on creating impactful, adaptable and sustainable organisational culture.
Held at TIDLOR’s headquarter in Ari Hills Building, the activity involved a company tour, workshops and a Q&A session with Piyasak Ukritnukun, Managing Director of Ngern Tid Lor Public Company Limited. The project aims to strengthen other organisations’ pillars of organisational culture creation, making use of knowledge and experience from TIDLOR’s model.
TIDLOR Culture Camp was initiated for outside organisations interested in emphasising organisational culture creation that serves as a relevant foundation to drive businesses sustainably going forward.
