- Recruitment & Selection: At Ngern Tid Lor, we attach as much importance to recruiting colleagues who have values that align with the organizational belief as to their abilities to perform the roles. Programs for new employees in the headquarters include the One-Day Together program, which will take new employees to visit a branch to learn about the branch work and customers for better understanding of the company operations.
